A Tunisian academic, obtained a Ph.D. in faith and philosophy from Al-Azhar University, a faculty member at Al-Zaytoonah University, the Assistant Secretary-General of the European Council for Fatwa and Research, and a founding member of the International Union of Muslim Scholars.
