A Moroccan researcher, obtained a Ph.D. in the Islamic jurisprudence in 2009 from Mohammed V University in Rabat.

He is a Professor of Islamic jurisprudence and has authored books including Jurisprudential Ijtihad according to Al-Hafiz Abdullah bin Al-Siddiq Al-Ghamari, the issue of freedom in Islam, apostasy and religious coercion as a model – a jurisprudential approach, and others, in addition to scientific articles and opinion articles.
