A Sudanese academic, and the former Secretary-General of the Global Center for Moderation, and the former Sudanese Minister of Awqaf (Endorsement). He obtained a Ph.D. in Hadith science, and the Secretary-General of the Forum for Renaissance and Civilizational Communication, and was appointed in 2012 as President of the Islamic Fiqh Academy in the Republic of Sudan.
