A Bahraini researcher, specializing in Sharia politics, law and other sciences. He obtained a Ph.D. in constitutional law and Islamic jurisprudence from the Faculty of Law, Ain Shams University, Egypt.

He is a Friday preacher, endorsed to preach by the Bahraini Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Awqaf.
