An Egyptian writer and researcher, obtained a Ph.D. in Islamic and Greek philosophy, specializing in Islamic political thought. He is a member of the Fatwa Committee at the Islamic Research Academy, a founding member of the Egyptian Family House (Alexandria Branch), and a former Education Committee rapporteur.
