Mohamed Nour Hamdan


A researcher and writer, obtained a Ph.D. in Islamic jurisprudence. He is a lecturer at Gaziantep University, Faculty of Islamic Science and a lecturer at Al-Zahra Private University, Tripoli University and a number of institutes. He is a Professor of Sharia politics for undergraduate and postgraduate students, and a Supervisor of many theses
He authored many books including: The crime of assaulting religious rituals in Islamic jurisprudence, criminal protection of information in the stock exchange, and a book on political jurisprudence after the Syrian revolution (in-print), as well as many refereed articles, including: Al-Shura and its contemporary practices – border controls in Islamic jurisprudence, Syrian refugee marriage and divorce. He is a referee for many researches.
